At Babyello, every product is crafted with care and quality-tested before it reaches your home.
However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help you make it right.


When Can I Return a Product?

You may initiate a return in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product:
    While our Quality Control Team ensures the highest standards, occasional oversights can happen.

  • Wrong Item Delivered:
    If the product you receive differs from what you ordered.

Additionally, all Babyello products come with a 3-month warranty covering quality issues such as:

  • Bedding: Color fading or bleeding.

  • Diaper Changing Stations: Hardware or material defects.

  • Storage or Organizers: Damage unrelated to regular wear and tear.

Please note: Products damaged due to regular use, mishandling, or missing accessories are not eligible for return or replacement.


Exceptions

If you wish to return a product for any reason other than those listed above, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Return Timeline

  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products returned after 7 days of receipt will not be eligible for return or exchange.


How Do I Return a Product?

1. Contact Us:
Reach out via WhatsApp at +91 9311411905 (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. IST)
or email us at info@babyello.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

2. Ship the Product Back:
Once your return is approved, please ship the product to the address shared by our team.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, as we currently do not offer reverse pickup.

3. Inspection & Resolution:
Our Quality Assurance Team will inspect the returned product.
If approved, we’ll process an exchange, replacement, or store credit within 10 working days of receiving your package.


Special Conditions for Returns & Refunds

  • Discounted or Sale Items:
    Returns or exchanges are not accepted on discounted or clearance products.

  • Packaging & Condition:
    Products must be returned in original packaging — including tags, boxes, invoices, and accessories.
    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
    Used, soiled, or altered products will be returned at your request.

  • Delivery Condition:
    Please do not accept deliveries that appear damaged, opened, or tampered with.


Refund Policy

At Babyello, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide the following options:

  • Exchange:
    Exchange your product for another item of your choice (subject to availability).

  • Store Credit:
    Receive a credit note valid for 1 year, redeemable for any Babyello product.
    (Store credits are non-transferable.)


Terms & Conditions

  • The final decision on the eligibility of a returned product rests solely with the Babyello Quality Assurance Team.

  • Partial COD Payments: COD payments made in part are non-refundable if the order is not accepted.

  • Personalized or Custom Products: These cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Warranty: All Babyello products come with a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
